We provide a project-based quote after a quick walkthrough (on-site or virtual). Most post-construction projects are custom-scoped due to dust levels and finish details. You’ll receive a fixed price and written scope—no surprises.

A typical Final Clean includes:
Top-down detail: high dusting (vents, lights, tops of doors/cabinets), millwork, baseboards, doors & frames
Dust & film removal: HEPA vacuuming and damp-wipe of all reachable surfaces
Kitchens & break areas: counters, sinks, appliance exteriors; interiors on request
Bathrooms: fixtures, partitions, mirrors, tile, polish & sanitize
Glass & frames: interior glass and spot removal of stickers/paint with safe scraping
Floors: vacuum all carpets; sweep/mop hard floors; machine scrub or finish on request
Add-ons: interior windows/panes, appliance & cabinet interiors, adhesive/paint spatter removal beyond normal levels, floor machine work (scrub/strip & finish), carpet extraction, and light debris haul-out.
Exclusions (by default): exterior power washing, hazardous materials, and duct cleaning (can coordinate separately).

Typical timelines (guidance only): a small suite/condo can be finished in a single visit; multi-room offices or 2,000–5,000 sq ft spaces often take 1–2 service days; larger build-outs may require a multi-day crew. You’ll get a schedule with deliverables and a single point of contact.
